Summary
After being freed by the King, Pierre Gringoire runs to meet Claude Frollo. He gives Frollo the Truand's password for the night and Frollo explains how they will slip by the rioters, enter the church using a key to a side door, rescue Esmeralda and escape using a boat moored near the church. Frollo is uninterested in Gringoire's narrow escape from the King.
