Equality 7-2521 (The Unconquered, Prometheus): Equality 7-2521, a Street Sweeper, is Rand's central protagonist and narrator of Anthem. Liberty 5-3000 (The Golden One): Liberty 5-3000, who lives in the Home of Peasants, is Equality 7-2521's companion, lover, and soul mate. She escapes with him into the Uncharted Forest, leaving behind her childhood home, trusting, like her lover, in herself and her own individual potential. |
